WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?
Packages are delivered between 09:00 AM and 5:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday or public holidays.
How long would it take for me to receive my order?
We strive to deliver your order within 3-8 working days. Delivery may vary during sale periods.
Please note that Noniefy is not liable for any shipping delays or loss due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:
- Recipient unavailable or un-contactable
- Incorrectly addressed orders
- Weather conditions, etc.
We will make every effort to notify you of any delays and provide an estimated delivery date in such cases.
Why is my delivery delayed if I choose the following payment methods: (Bank Transfer, COD)?
To ensure secure transactions, these payment methods hold deliveries for 24 hours. Once we receive confirmation, we dispatch the product immediately.

Is it necessary for me to provide identification when I receive the package?
Identification is not necessary, but the authorized recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon receiving the package.
What should I do when I receive my delivery?
Please make sure to record a video while unboxing your product. This video will serve as proof in case you receive damaged or incomplete goods.
You may claim a refund if you receive damaged goods, but you must provide video proof. If no video proof is provided or if the video is recorded after the unboxing, you will not be entitled to a refund.
If you find that the product is tampered with or missing, please contact Noniefy Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
Can I modify my delivery address?
Once the order is placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You will need to cancel the order and re-order with the correct address. Any payments made will be refunded in accordance with our refund terms and conditions.
