1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After shipment, delivery usually takes 3–4 business days, depending on your location and carrier. Most customers receive orders within 4–6 business days total.

3. What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.

4. How much does shipping cost?

  • Orders of $50.00 and above: Free shipping
  • Orders below $50.00: $4.99 flat rate

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified before shipping. Once an order is processed and shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be unused, in original condition, and sent by mail. TiknBuy does not charge any restocking fees.

9. How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes within the United States. APO/FPO addresses are supported, but shipping may take longer depending on the carrier.
